Real Estate Sign Runner

Kalamazoo based real estate team is seeking a “runner” to do sign and lockbox installations, removals, maintenance, etc.

You must:
– Be trustworthy, reliable, communicative, and flexible
– Have and maintain your own vehicle large enough to haul sign panels, frames, and arm-posts
– Have a space to store sign stock and maintain a current inventory
– Be willing to travel to our office in Portage as well as properties across southwest Michigan, primarily in Kalamazoo county with occasional trips to outlying areas such as St. Joseph, Allegan, Battle Creek, etc.
– Have a flexible schedule with availability to do runs several days a week. Monthly commitment time varies based on business volume – estimated between 20-40 hours per month
– Understand technology and be willing to use Google Calendars and mapping or GPS services of your own choosing
– Keep honest track of your own time and mileage and submit detailed invoices

Compensation offered: $10 per hour + $0.40 per mile
