Client Appreciation Party
On the first Friday of October, we throw a huge party for all of our team’s present and past clients. With upwards of 150 attendees and growing constantly, many consider it the family fun event of year! Typically held at VerHage’s Fruit Farm & Cider Mill in Kalamazoo, the event features delicious food, take home prizes, family photography, and fun activities like a hay ride and a jumbo jumping pillow for the kids. We make sure everyone goes home with something and an experience to remember for years to come.
VIP Cocktail Mixer
The newest team event is our VIP Cocktail Mixer, an exclusive private event for a smaller group of clients and business partners that have gone so far as to refer business to us. Started in 2022, this will continue as an annual event orchestrated to shower a smaller crowd with quality drinks and entertainment, delectable hors d’oeuvres, and big value door prizes and giveaways.
Home Buyer Seminars
Designed for both first time prospective home-buyers and seasoned homeowners preparing to make another move, our team comes together to host an informational power-hour with guest speakers from multiple real estate industries. We provide free information to the public by way of talking through the entire home purchasing process from perspectives of the buyer, Realtor, home inspector, lender, and title insurance provider.
We utilize social media to host online contests for our followers to have a chance to win prizes throughout the year including things like a Date Night basket around Valentines Day and Amazon shopping cards at Christmas time!
